For reasons of clarity we have included the letter as such and provided it as an non-resized scanned image.

The date on the letter of the minister is incomplete ("Brussel, 2"). The reason behind this is unknown. On the copy of the letter provided by the Sayadi family to the ROD-webbuilders this is no different.
